Blank, Red, Amber Carbohydrates, Amber Proteins, Amber Miscellaneous
and Green.

The unit tiles can be combined to make a meal plan.
To lose weight calories have to be restricted, therefore some counting
is essential but the unit tiles are simple - 1/2, 1 and 2.
Work out your daily allowance (calorie intake) from our simple
chart and follow the straightforward pyramid guideline to develop
a healthy balance of green, amber and red foods.
The diet system also provides guidelines for processed and takeaway
foods and exchanges.
